The skill is a digital download that's delivered the moment you pay, and downloaded files can't be returned. So we don't offer refunds once your purchase is complete. Checkout shows this before you pay.
We'll help you get it working
If you get stuck setting it up, email hello.tunedtech@gmail.com and we'll help you get your first reel rendering.
If something went wrong with delivery
If your download never arrived, the files won't open, or you were charged twice, email us. We'll send working files, and if we can't, we'll refund you in full.
